It’s not too often that people have multiple addresses, unless they’re very wealthy. It’s also not a regular occurrence for people to change their addresses frequently. It is however very common for people to change their virtual address, or even acquire multiple ones. Most people have more than one email address these days, which can make it a pain to track them down.
If you’re looking for someone’s email, then it might be a smart idea to start with Yahoo! People Search, which has an email search feature. All you have to enter is the person’s first and last name, and Yahoo! will search their own records. If you don’t have the person’s first and last name, then you can use their advanced email search with will allow you to search by city, state, domain, old email address, and organization. With the Smart Names function, it will even recognize nicknames.
If the person you are looking for lives in the US or Canada, it could also be worthwhile to check out Reunion.com, which offers a free email search. It’s definitely a good resource as they have collected over 30 million profiles.
However, if you really know the person and are familiar with their background, then you can try searching smaller, more specific specialist directories. You can find directories by interest, educational history, or professional affiliations.
If those don’t work, then you can always call them and ask for the email address. But, if you don’t even have that information, all you have to do is a quick people search using a people search engine like PrivateEye. It’s the fastest and easiest way to find someone’s address and phone number.
It seems like an inconvenience to collect everyone’s emails, but you’ll be glad when your birthday comes up and you can send everyone an Evite to your party!
